EQUALITY MEANS BUSINESS

More than 2900 business leaders around the world have demonstrated leadership on gender equality through the Women's Empowerment Principles.
Learn more about the business case to promote gender equality and how you can use the WEPs to empower women in the workplace, marketplace and community.
Signatories to the WEPs are listed on the global website and include for-profit companies, Chambers of Commerce, industry associations and co-operatives that trade for profit while those organisations who do not meet these criteria but who have made a commitment to implement the seven UN WEPs principles are known as WEPs supporters. The New Zealand WEPs committee welcomes both signatories and supporters to take part in our programmes and complete the annual survey.
Our aim is to work for gender equity in all New Zealand workplaces.
